Club Jenny is an a la carte option available in 6-month or 12-month Access. Choose the meals you want and have them delivered to your location for a flat $20 per shipment. If you select Auto-Delivery, you receive an additional 10% off with each order!
Shipping is free for your first Club Jenny order! After your first order, there will be a $20 shipping fee.
Yes, Club Jenny customers can schedule coaching appointments.
Club Jenny Access is regularly $99.99 for 6 months and $149.99 for 12 months - from time to time we may offer specials on Club Jenny Access.
Yes, you can cancel at anytime after your initial purchase of Club Jenny. You'll continue to have access to Club Jenny until the end of the period you enrolled in. Note, Club Jenny access is non-refundable.
The New Jenny Craig is not affiliated with the previous company, ownership, or agreements. Club Jenny includes an Access fee and available for 6-month or 12-month Access. Access will auto renew for the monthly term selected until you cancel.
Unfortunately, Club Jenny is not being offered in Canada at this time. We will continue to evaluate this option in our future plans.

Yes, your Club Jenny access will autorenew for the same term you originally joined under. You will receive a reminder email 30 days prior to your renewal date.
Auto-Delivery means your order will be shipped to you every 2 weeks. Prior to each shipment, you will receive communications to notify you about the upcoming order.
