Grilled T-Bone Steaks with BBQ Rub

- chili powder
- 2 Tbls
- brown sugar, packed
- 1 Tbl
- ground cumin
- 2 tsps
- garlic, minced
- 1 tsp
- cider vinegar
- 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp
- ground red pepper
- 2 lbs
- well-trimmed beef T-Bone or Porterhouse steaks (1" thick)
- salt
- Combine rub ingredients; press evenly onto beef steaks.
- Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered 14-16 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
- Remove bones and carve steaks into slices, if desired.
- Season with salt, as desired.
