- (9oz) package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and coarsely chopped
- 3 Tbls
- commercial fat-free Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup
- lite ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup
- crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbls
- nonfat sour cream
- 1/8 tsp
- hot sauce
- 2 cloves
- garlic, minced
- 1
- (16oz) Italian bread shell

- plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1
- yellow tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/8 tsp
- paprika
- 1/8 tsp
- cracked pepper
- fresh cilantro sprigs (optional)
- Combine artichoke and Italian dressing; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes; drain.
- Combine artichoke mixture, ricotta cheese, and next 4 ingredients, stirring well. Spread evenly over bread shell. Arrange tomato slices over artichoke mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper. Bake at 450° F for 15 to 18 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
