Ingredients

1  
(9oz) package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and coarsely chopped
3 Tbls  
commercial fat-free Italian dressing
1/2 cup  
lite ricotta cheese
1/3 cup  
crumbled feta cheese
2 Tbls  
nonfat sour cream
1/8 tsp  
hot sauce
2 cloves  
garlic, minced
1  
(16oz) Italian bread shell
2  
plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
1  
yellow tomato, thinly sliced
1/8 tsp  
paprika
1/8 tsp  
cracked pepper
 
fresh cilantro sprigs (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine artichoke and Italian dressing; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes; drain.
  2. Combine artichoke mixture, ricotta cheese, and next 4 ingredients, stirring well. Spread evenly over bread shell. Arrange tomato slices over artichoke mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper. Bake at 450° F for 15 to 18 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
