The Menu Master

The Menu Master. This is my new name for myself. Or maybe “the menu maestra.” because I feel completely in control of my eating! Although I am on maintenance, I still eat predominantly from my Jenny menu, even though I don’t have to, for two reasons: 1. Jenny’s Cuisine is delicious (and they always have new food items) and 2. It’s convenient. I even brought it on set while I filmed A PILOT FOR A NEW SERIES THAT I’M NOT SUPPOSED TO TALK ABOUT YET, BUT I’M SO EXCITED I CAN’T STAND IT. (And I’m also a bit sore from crossing all fingers and toes that it gets picked up this summer.) Anyway, food is not an issue for me right now and it hasn’t been for a while.

WOW.

Activity, however - and I know I’ve talked about this ad nauseum - is the most challenging part of maintaining my new Valerie-ness. SO…I’ve hired a trainer…a guy that’s going to kick my butt. Because other than a few sessions with a good friend/trainer earlier in the year, I’ve been going about my workouts virtually alone. So we got the tri-cords, abs ball and 3-in-1 Total Body Sculpting Bar from Jenny Craig and incorporated them all into a new workout regimen.

OW.

But I know the ‘wow’ is just a few (hundred) more reps a way. And maybe a bikini. WAIT, DID I JUST SAY THAT? Well, I’m too sore to press delete so now I’ve committed.

Maybe.
