My G.E.D.
As I mentioned on my video blog, I will be making up my two final high school credits this summer along side Wolfie, who will be taking some make-up courses. I am so excited - cannot wait to cross that off my list! It will be interesting to see how I handle being a bit more sedentary, though. Sitting in my chair, studying and NOT snacking on chips and soda like every other American high school student? Yikes. But as my journey on Jenny Craig evolved, and I started being referred to as a “role model,” I realized that I should carry that into as many other aspects of my life as possible — as a mother, a friend, a daughter…all the roles I play in real life.
So I’ll keep you posted. I can tell you right now that I am LOVING Jenny’s Chicken Fettuccine and Lemon Cake, so those will probably be my brain food. Brain. Do I still have a brain? Gosh, I hope so. High school is a lot tougher today than it was in my day.
But then again, so am I. So am I.
