I’ve received so many question from the Jenny community that I thought I’d try something different by answering them here on my blog. So I encourage you to ask me whatever is on your mind here and I will do my best to keep this new format going. I hope you enjoy it.

What’s your favorite Jenny’s Cuisine®?
Breakfast: Blueberry Pancakes. I love these.
Snack: Bruschetta Chips. These are delicious and very satisfying mid-day.
Entrée: It’s a tie between the Cheesy Enchilada and Fish and Chips. I eat them both on a regular basis, even though I’ve phased into more Meals on My Own.

How do you remain active while travelling?
If staying in a hotel with a gym in it, I plan time in the gym. If not, I walk as much as possible on city streets or in a nearby park, or I do floor barre exercises on a DVD. I make sure to do things I enjoy so I keep doing them.

What do you order at a restaurant?
Salad, fish, and/or green vegetables. But I’ve learned that you can eat just about anything you want in the right portions.

Do you ever feel hungry on the program?
No. And that's the great thing - I experience no feelings of hunger or deprivation at all. Eating at regular intervals is part of the Jenny Craig program and is meant to curb feelings of hunger.
