Lightness of Being
I have lost a little over 15 pounds* to date with the Jenny Craig program. The greatest change I am noticing is my increased energy level and ability to breathe more freely. The greatest change those around me have noticed is an overall lightness of being. My choice for activity is a workout in the gym, which includes 30 minutes on the recumbent bike followed by light weight training or floor barre exercises. At this week’s consultation, my consultant Laura and I talked about combining Jenny's Soupitizers™. I mixed half of Jenny's Garden Vegetable with half of the Tomato last night. Very tasty!
