My number
The focus of Jenny Craig isn't "the food." The focus is you and supporting you in becoming more knowledgeable of your options - more aware of your choices. However, it would be remiss of me not to mention their Mesquite Chicken, Fish and Chips and Cheesy Enchiladas. These are just some of my favorites.
I'm pleased to report that my weight loss with Jenny Craig is 10 pounds in 4 weeks*. I have more energy, my clothes feel looser, and I feel great.
My consultant, Laura, asked me how I'm rewarding myself --how I'm celebrating my weight loss milestone. Truth be told, I don't have numbers in my head, as I'm not motivated by the scale. I celebrate by continuing the journey. The journey is my reward. Feeling my BEST is the reward I have my eye on.
