I find all of you to be inspirational to me as well. For the activity component of my program, I mixed it up a bit. I rode a recumbent bike, I did some light weight training, and regular Floor Barre exercise whenever I could — I still do all of this. Jenny Craig is a lifestyle change, not a diet. I also walk whenever I can.

How has the Jenny Craig Program helped you progress into cooking on your own again without becoming dependent on the prepared meals when you are not traveling and performing?

Cooking was never a problem for me — I’ve actually always enjoyed cooking with healthy ingredients. Portion control and eating at regular intervals are the two areas where I learned a lot from my consultant Laura. Also, by incorporating the principles of Volumetrics® into your menu, you’re eating a greater volume of food, not less. This helps keep me satisfied. Once you understand the principles of the Jenny Craig program, Stephanie, cooking should not be a problem for you. Good luck and keep me posted.
