Don’t Forget your resolutions
“Hey hey hey everybody! Hope you all had a good holiday season — now it’s back to reality — and making sure we all follow-through on our New Year's resolutions. Around this time of year a lot of us commit to changing habits, especially eating habits. We are easily inspired and energetic for day one or week one of healthy eating and exercising…but it’s continuing to live our new healthy habits year round that can be a struggle. Don’t stress, Jenny Craig is your friend. At Jenny they actually teach you to maintain these new habits! I am on the “maintenance” plan right now, but like most of us, I celebrated the holidays… if you know what I mean. But this year I didn’t worry about my weight because Jenny taught me how to make healthy food choices (I didn’t eat 3 pieces of cake!). And, now that the parties are over, I easily incorporated a few more Jenny meals each week to get my mindset back on track. It’s so nice to always have Jenny Craig and my consultant, Victoria, for the support I need. Plus, the food is so good…especially the turkey burgers ;-) That’s all for now…keep taking small steps towards your bigger goals! Peace out — BD
