Yes, ooooh yeeesssss.... it's that time of the month again...
The time where we get ready to start a NEW Fitness Challenge!!!
It's very simple, just go to the following thread in the Fitness Challenge area:

Sign-up for the challenge by clicking HERE!
And let us know how many hours of "Physical Exercise" you pledge to do during the month of JUNE (and bedroom activities do not count btw!!! ), and then come report your workouts and duration throughout the month!
This is not a competition between members, it's only a competition with yourself, you need to do your best to meet or surpass your pledge.
So whether you are a beginner or more advanced exerciser, it's no problem, just pledge away as many or as few hours of exercises that you plan on doing for the month, and then come enjoy the fun and daily posts on that thread!
We had a lot of fun in May, let's have even more fun in June!!!
