It's very simple, you just go to that thread and tell us how many "workout hours" you plan on doing for the month of May.
Everyday that you workout, come by and tell us what you did and how long your workout was - there is no competition other than with yourself - you have to reach your workout hours goal that your pledged at the begining of the month. It's as simple as that!
Anybody can join, whether you can only pledge 1 hour for the entire month or 40 hours... it's up to you to decide how much you want to do.
You can walk, jog, run, swim, do cardio workouts, boxing, kickboxing, workout at the gym, strenght training, yoga, pilates, step aerobics, etc... any physical activity that you enjoy doing can count towards your hours pledged.
