Martine,
1/2 a kg this week. My journey seems to be slow and steady - that makes is 1.3kg in three weeks....gggrrrrr....but I'm sticking with it. I guess they say the slower you lose the better. But still, I want to get to my goal (or close) by the time I ship off to Bali in Feb. I'm getting there...
