Imlooking OK but a bit nervous about handling the festive season
I weigh a bit too heavy but better that last season - where I ate whatever I wanted to and ended up down and chubby In January 2002
So Im sticking to plenty of water small regular meals 5 and no Carbs at night
Dinner should be my smallest meal of the day
Hope you lot go well with eating in moderation over Christmas

Welcome to JC! Where in Aus do you live? This post isn't used very often so it's nice to see a new face around.... I don't think many Aussies use this site actually - pity though coz it's so much more supportive than the Aussie one...
My name's Natalie, I'm 20 and live in Brisbane. So far I've been on JC for 12 weeks, and getting there. My goal was to be in a size 12 for Christmas and I really want to get there as I have some clothes I bought in that size and would love to wear them Christmas Day, but if I can maintain or just lose a bit I'll be fine... I'm sure I can still lose - I only have a couple of festive parties to attend - and I know I can handle the portion cnontrol - first one is tonight... wish me luck! We can all acheive our goals over Christmas if we stay focussed.
