Hi everyone ! I went to my first consultation today and got everything to start tomorrow (gulp ) I have 22 kgs to lose. Look foward to chatting with you all & sharing my weight loss journey too. This is "it" for me, no more excuses, will keep at it and hopefully by Christmas will be a new me !!!!Your new buddy

Hey Gia, I'm from NZ and started last week, today is day five for me.
not finding it toooo bad, except the KFC on friday night on the way to the beach, but otherwise, looking forward to the rebirth of the old me.
