I saw you message and thought I would reply to you. How are you doing on the plan? Have you been doing it for long? Do you have a lot to lose? I have been doing the program for 4 weeks and have lost nearly 15lbs. I like the diet very much, getting used to smaller portions is really going to help me. I live in Livermore in California, and I am originally from England.

Thanks for posting. I have been reading this board for a few months now and thought I should really give something back and post a message of my own. I was noticing though that as I posted under the Australian topic area there wasn't much activity. Firstly, congratulations on your weightloss, I bet you feel great! To answer some of your questions I have been on JC for 12 weeks and have lost almost 40 pounds. I started at 256.3 and am hoping to get down to around 154 so will probably get to know Jenny pretty well, haha. I love the program and am so happy I decided to give it ago. Last week a friend asked if I would be a bridesmaid at her wedding next April - talk about incentive!
Australian Jc food is different to US but the rest of program/consultations seem to be similar. Good luck with it next week - it is worth it!!
btw I love your quote:'nothing tastes as good as slim feels'. My favourite is 'a year from now you will wish you had started today'.
