I have just discovered something at week 8 that I have been doing wrong all this time.
My counsellor didn't tell me that I had to use milk selections from each days plan to make up the chocolate mousse, milk drinks etc. So all this time I was using my planner allocation plus that which I had assumed had been taken into account already.
I have just changed counsellor and she gave me the card with the choices of food on. Once I read it I have discovered that I have been having at least a cup of milk a day more than I should have.
Hopefully your counsellor had told you this, but if not, now you know.
Perhaps this goes some way to explaining my very slow losses.
