Hi to all the aussies and kiwis out there!
I'm so glad to find this board, its great to hear from others in the same boat so to speak.
I'm starting again, after losing about 5kg and putting it back on....yes I know!! Anyway, its great to know I can jump on here and have a chat when I need to. Don't quite know what happened , its so easy to lose motivation.... any ideas for staying motivated through the hard times??? I have to go out a lot with my work and its just so easy to blow it (a couple of drinks and thats that!!). I have 10kgs to lose and I know a lot of you would think that should be easy, but its proving to be very stubborn..
Anyway, if anyone has any ideas to keep me on track I'm all ears....
In the meantime, stay good and loose heaps!
