Hello everyone!!
I am feeling just so fantastic!! I have started Jenny Craig at 133kg and after 5 weeks and down to 123kg. I am eating so much more than I used to and am feeling great. It will take a while to get to my goal weight, which is 65kg, but I know that this is the program for me!
I live in NSW, am married and have two young children. I work part time and used to grab food to go a lot of the time.
Before I had my children I was 80kg, and now, four years on, I just knew that I had to do something. I have now done this for 5 weeks and find my counsellor absolutely fantastic!!

Congratulation on your weightloss..Doesn't it feel great. I too have been on the program for 4 weeks and lost 10kg and I feel so much better.

Yeehaa - isn't this great?
I've just started back this week on JC after having a few weeks 'on my own' and I've also come back from holiday feeling really rejuvenated and positive about this program.
At the beginning of this week I was just a trifle disappointed with myself b/c I had put on a 1.5 kg - but by today (Yeah, I know, I couldn't resist I jumped on my scales) I've lost the 1.5 plus some. Sticking with the JC food and the water - and am moving my butt and just enjoying it.
I uplift a wee 18 month old tomorrow - foster child - and will put her in her stroller and use her and her wheels as resistance training while I walk! Hopefully its not too hot - and cross my fingers that its a modern buggy that allows me to stride it out!

Congratulations to all of you on your fabulous weight loss I need some help from you guys, You see, I have been with the program for 8 weeks and have only lost 3.5kg it was 4.5 last few weeks but 1kg crept on again I don't drink the amount of water I should and I don't stick to the program for 2 days per week. I walk and do jazzercise (1hr aerobic dance) and still not much weight loss like you guys Anyway, if you could tell me your way of doing this program I would really appreciate it, as a matter of urgency
