I am 1.7m and weigh 94 kg - I am slowly shedding the unwanted kilos.
Because we are a whole day (nearly) ahead of our American friends and we use metric and they don't - how about pulling the proverbial and joining me here?

Thats right SherNZ. We shed Kilos and our US buddies shed pounds. We all speak English but sometimes it is hard to understand that. The main thing is we are all loosing weight and getting healthy. Horraaaaaayyyyyy.

Luckily, we don't get into stone measurements as well!

Hi there MD - haven't heard from you in a bit. I've been a little bit busy here on the farm and haven't emailed too much. (Hopefully I have the right person!!!) (lol)
I have 20kg to move - and I'm "doin' it" - nice and slow this time around. WW didn't work but this is certainly going to - my whole attitude has changed and I've become positive. A bit like when I gave up smoking 2.5 years ago. Instant decision and I followed through with it - I got serious with myself. I don't want to end up with heart failure and all the other nasties that go with being overweight. So, here we are - and we're losing weight! Yippee
