As a Manager of Program Development, Kerri Kimbrell-Silva helps to drive the development of the Jenny Craig Menus, program materials and counseling strategies utilized by staff and clients. Ms. Kimbrell-Silva also provides technical expertise in the creation of non-food products such as cookbooks, activity tools and motivational products, offers content for the Jenny Craig Website, and directs the enrollment of clients with special health conditions, such as insulin-dependent diabetes.

Prior to joining Jenny Craig, Ms. Kimbrell-Silva was Interim Senior Nutritionist for the County of Riverside WIC Program, a promotion she garnered after serving as a Nutritionist for the program for three years. In both positions, she provided individual counseling and education to low-risk and high-risk WIC participants. As Interim Senior Nutritionist, she was also in charge of supervising, planning, evaluating and the development/training of paraprofessional staff. From October 2003 to April 2005, Ms. Kimbrell-Silva was Clinical Dietitian for Southwest Healthcare System, where she screened, assessed and monitored inpatient and outpatient nutritional status. Previous positions include serving as Registered Dietitian for the Indian Health Council, and Service Area Manager, Interim Regional Manager and Dietitian for the American Red Cross WIC Program in San Diego.

Ms. Kimbrell-Silva received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University and her Master's of Science degree in Human Nutrition from the University of New Haven, Connecticut.

As a registered dietitian, Ms. Kerri Kimbrell-Silva is an active member of the American Dietetic Association, California Dietetic Association and San Diego Dietetic Association.
