The Jenny Craig Program provides a safe and scientifically sound approach to weight loss that builds on several features shown through research* to be effective for weight management, such as portion controlled meal replacements; a low energy density menu; increased physical activity; and a motivational approach to counseling for behavior change. Our program is designed by our team of Corporate Registered Dietitians in consultation with our expert Medical Advisory Board; and reflects the latest research on nutrition*, physical activity and behavior change for weight management and health improvement.

Nutritional Composition of Menus:
- 50-60% Carbohydrate
- 20-30% Protein
- 20-30% Fat

- 2-5 grams Potassium
- 100-200 mg Cholesterol

One-on-One Support

- Complete an "Active Lifestyle Facilitation Skills" training course and receive a certificate of completion from The Cooper Institute.
- Have access to our Corporate Registered Dietitians for guidance if they have any nutrition related questions.
How Effective Is the Jenny Craig Program?
Based on an external analysis by The Cooper Institute of 60,164 Jenny Craig clients, those who attended 85% of their consultations, had at the end of 13/26/52 weeks lost 8%/12%/15% of initial weight, respectively2. These results are equivalent to or surpass results reported for intensive behavioral and medication-based interventions.
Maintaining a Healthy Weight
Once your patient reaches his/her desired weight, the Jenny Craig Maintenance Program addresses key issues of relapse prevention and reinforces the lifestyle characteristics important for successful weight management.
