Alan Dobies
Alan V. Dobies joined Jenny Craig as Vice President of Corporate Services in May 1990. He oversees the Company's global procurement, materials management, and logistics functions.
Mr. Dobies has more than 25 years experience in manufacturing, materials, and supply-chain management. Prior to joining Jenny Craig, Mr. Dobies served as Vice President of Operations for Joico Laboratories, a manufacturer of personal care products in Los Angeles.
From 1981-85, Mr. Dobies served as Director of Materials for the Carnation Company in Los Angeles. Prior to that, Mr. Dobies was product manager for General Nutrition Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA.
Mr. Dobies earned his bachelor's degree from Clarion University.
